Tom brings 27 years of experience in overseeing all aspects of design, construction and development activities specifically dedicated to the healthcare industry and bringing practical knowledge on streamlining activities and processes throughout the development cycle. Tom has been responsible for the strategy and execution for healthcare and life science business development, acquisition, development and asset management for various assets.

Over his career, Tom has been responsible for attracting numerous world-class partners to next generation healthcare and life science markets through real estate and economic incentive structures, with partners including institutions and corporations in pharma, healthcare, robotics, IT, stem cell, government and other life science ventures.

Tom is a member of Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).

Tom is a LEED Accredited Professional and is a licensed broker in Alabama, North Carolina, and Florida.
