Charlie is an RTG Principal and Senior Vice President based in Atlanta, Georgia. He provides expertise in development and transaction services and is the Executive Leader of RTG’s Portfolio Management Platform which oversees over 23-Million SF across the country. Since joining Realty Trust Group in 2012, Charlie has participated in projects involving virtually every aspect of healthcare real estate planning, development, leasing, and property management.

Charlie’s experience includes Planning, Development and Project Management services for over 600,000 SF of healthcare projects. He has leased over 3-Million SF of medical office space in transactions totaling over $1-Billion in transaction volume. Additionally, he is experienced in providing strategic real estate assessments for physician groups and hospital systems.
Charlie is currently serving as the acting Director of Real Estate for a regional health system in Atlanta and is responsible for a 6-Million SF medical office portfolio. In this role, he provides Strategic Planning, Asset Management, Transaction Management and Development Services and is responsible for the performance of the portfolio.
Awards & Affiliations
In 2020, Charlie was awarded the Broker Partner of the Year honor by a top national healthcare REIT, Physicians Realty Trust (DOC), for his work managing transactions within their southeast portfolio.
Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Georgia where he was a four-year letterman and team captain of the varsity Cross Country and Track & Field teams. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia and is member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
Giving Back
Charlie volunteers his time and resources to Habitat for Humanity, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Cancer Support Community in Atlanta.
