Realty Trust Group to Speak at 2026 Healthcare Law & Compliance Institute

Realty Trust Group (RTG) will speak at 2026 Healthcare Law & Compliance Institute
October 4-6, 2026 | San Diego, California

Goran Musinovic, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, and Jason Deloney, Vice President, will represent Realty Trust Group (RTG) and lead an interactive Think Tank session on Monday, October 5, titled “Strategic Capital Planning and Portfolio Optimization: Aligning Healthcare Real Estate with Enterprise Strategy.”

Healthcare real estate portfolios have grown larger, more complex, and more capital-intensive as health systems expand ambulatory access, modernize facilities, and compete for market share. Without a portfolio-level framework, real estate and capital decisions can become disconnected from broader organizational priorities. For legal and compliance leaders, those decisions also carry governance, contracting, and regulatory implications that are easier to manage when real estate strategy is set deliberately rather than project by project.

During the Think Tank, Musinovic and Deloney will lead a discussion on how health systems can better align real estate portfolio strategy and capital planning to support long-term organizational objectives.

Participants will explore:

  • Real estate as a strategic portfolio, not just individual projects
  • Portfolio optimization and decision frameworks
  • Strategic capital planning for healthcare real estate
  • Project prioritization and capital alignment

The Healthcare Law & Compliance Institute brings together healthcare legal, compliance, and industry leaders for discussions focused on the regulatory, operational, and strategic challenges facing healthcare organizations. RTG is a partner of the Institute.
