RTG Serves as Owner’s Representative on Two Vitruvian Healthcare Projects in Georgia and Tennessee

Realty Trust Group (RTG), a national leader in healthcare real estate advisory, development, transactions, and management services, is serving as Owner’s Representative on two Vitruvian Health Care projects that expand outpatient and emergency access across Georgia and Tennessee.

Chatsworth, Georgia

Expanding Outpatient Care in Murray County

RTG is supporting development of the Vitruvian Murray County Medical Office Building in Chatsworth, Georgia.

The 23,000-square-foot outpatient facility is designed to bring a broad range of healthcare services together under one roof, including:

  • Urgent care
  • Laboratory services
  • Imaging
  • Specialty care
  • Physical therapy

Purpose-built with eight urgent care exam rooms and 12 specialty care exam rooms, the facility will significantly expand outpatient capacity for Murray County residents. Rather than traveling to neighboring communities for many healthcare needs, patients will have greater access to same-day and specialty services closer to home.

Construction began in May 2026 following an April groundbreaking, with completion anticipated in the second quarter of 2027. Project partners include ESa as architect, Batson-Cook as contractor, Caruso Drye for signage and wayfinding, CWC for furniture, IMEG for medical equipment planning, and Terracon for materials testing and special inspections.

Restoring Emergency Care Access in Cleveland

In Cleveland, Tennessee, RTG is also serving as Owner’s Representative for the renovation of the Vitruvian Westside Emergency Department.

Following Vitruvian’s acquisition of Tennova Healthcare, the 8,000-square-foot project will bring the emergency department back online after years offline, restoring emergency access for residents of West Cleveland.

Once complete, the renovated emergency department will provide:

  • Emergency care services
  • CT imaging
  • X-ray services

Construction began in May 2026, with completion expected in December 2026. Project partners include ESa as architect, HOAR as contractor, and Mazzetti for medical equipment planning.

Aligning Real Estate Strategy with Clinical Priorities

Both projects reflect RTG’s advisory-first approach to helping health systems align real estate decisions with clinical and operational goals. RTG recently ranked first in the Revista 2026 Outpatient Real Estate Development Report for projects started, leading all developers with 587,569 square feet across nine developments, and ranked second nationally for all projects started or completed in 2025.

As Owner’s Representative on both projects, our role is to keep development decisions aligned with Vitruvian’s clinical and operational goals. Each facility addresses a specific access need, restoring emergency care in West Cleveland and expanding outpatient capacity in Murray County.
