Realty Trust Group (RTG) Senior Corporate Counsel and Senior Associate Jennifer Franklyn, J.D., will present a continuing legal education (CLE) session titled “Navigating Healthcare Real Estate Compliance” for members of the East Tennessee Lawyers Association for Women (ETLAW) on October 30, 2025, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. ET via Zoom.

Attorneys interested in attending can register for the session here.

In this one-hour virtual program, Jennifer will explain how healthcare real estate differs from traditional commercial real estate. She will highlight emerging industry trends, outline common compliance pitfalls, and share practical strategies to reduce risks tied to real estate operations. The presentation is designed for attorneys who may be new to healthcare or real estate law and want to expand their understanding of this complex, highly regulated area.

“Healthcare real estate is a complex, highly regulated environment,” Franklyn said. “This CLE is meant to demystify some of those complexities and help attendees recognize how compliance plays a vital role in shaping healthcare operations.”
