Director of Advisory Services, RTG
54th President of Georgia CCIM Chapter
“We have high expectations for ourselves to provide thoughtful events throughout the year that bring together our members, candidates, and affiliates to elevate our careers. This is what our members deserve…
Our qualifications are the standard of our industry, and working with a CCIM ensures our clients are well taken care of.”
Realty Trust Group (RTG) proudly recognizes Daniel Weingarten, CCIM as he steps into his new leadership role as the 54th President of the Georgia CCIM Chapter, one of the most accomplished organizations in commercial real estate.
Daniel earned his CCIM designation in 2016 and has remained an engaged and committed contributor to the organization. Reflecting on his new role, he shared, “It’s an honor to be the 54th President of the Georgia CCIM Chapter. I earned my designation here in Atlanta and follow passionate leaders who have made the Georgia chapter one of the most successful at the global institute level.”
Daniel has always sought opportunities to advance both the industry and the professionals within it. “Similar to the many mentors and colleagues in the industry that have given their time and knowledge to me, I have always been passionate about giving back and learning about the industry,” he said. Over the years, CCIM has expanded his perspective, broadened his network, and connected him with leaders he may not have otherwise met.
Throughout his career, Daniel has benefitted from strong mentorship and leadership, citing the support of his father, Steven Weingarten, and an industry leader David Eichenblatt, CCIM. Their guidance encouraged him to pursue the CCIM designation shortly after graduating from The University of Georgia and to get involved in chapter leadership. These relationships as well as the work over the past decade at Realty Trust Group have transformed Daniel into a well-round professional.
As President, alongside a strong leadership team and board of directors, Daniel intends to strengthen statewide engagement and enhance the value delivered to its 350+ members. The organization plans to advance programming that brings professionals together for meaningful collaboration and industry insight. “We have high expectations for ourselves to provide thoughtful events throughout the year that congregate our members, candidates, and affiliates to elevate our careers. This is what our members deserve,” he noted. He also emphasized the chapter’s role in equipping commercial real estate professionals with the expertise clients rely on. “Our qualifications is the standard of our industry and working with a CCIM ensures our clients are well taken care of.”
Daniel’s vision centers around four key commitments—Connection, Contribution, Innovation, and Mentorship. These pillars guide his approach to leadership and reflect the values that continue to shape the chapter’s success.
In 2026, Daniel will help lead several cornerstone programs, including:
- Annual Commercial Real Estate Forecast in partnership with CREW Atlanta and ACBR
- Georgia CCIM Board Installation Banquet
- Multiple panel discussions and CRE site tours
- Broker engagement events
- Annual CCIM Region 9 Braves Game
- AND More!
These initiatives continue to strengthen relationships, elevate professional capabilities, and reinforce the chapter’s leadership within the commercial real estate community.
Daniel encourages emerging professionals to invest in building relationships and cultivating their expertise.
RTG congratulates Daniel on this significant accomplishment and looks forward to supporting his leadership as he continues advancing the Georgia CCIM Chapter and the commercial real estate community it serves.
