Vancouver Clinic has announced the development of a new state-of-the-art medical facility in Camas, Washington, expanding access to primary and specialty care for the growing Southwest Washington community.
Realty Trust Group (RTG) served as Vancouver Clinic’s trusted advisor throughout the developer selection and structuring process for the project. The three-story, 45,327-square-foot facility, led by NexCore Group as developer and capital partner, will be located adjacent to Vancouver Clinic’s existing Camas location.
An Objective, Structured Approach to Developer Selection
Vancouver Clinic, one of the largest independent, physician-owned multispecialty practices in the Northwest, engaged RTG to lead a comprehensive and competitive developer selection process. This included managing a formal RFP to evaluate financial, strategic, and operational alignment across potential partners.
RTG also advised on optimizing the development and ownership structure and facilitated negotiation and execution of definitive agreements.
By emphasizing transparency, financial rigor, and alignment of interests, RTG helped Vancouver Clinic secure a long-term capital and development partner positioned to deliver a purpose-built, future-focused healthcare facility.
