The national conference brings together healthcare real estate owners, investors, developers, healthcare organizations, and industry professionals for discussions surrounding the trends shaping the healthcare and medical outpatient real estate sector.

Jason Hinkel, Vice President of Advisory Services at RTG will speak on the panel “Full Buildings, Full Rent Rolls? Where Leasing & Occupancy Stand in 2026 and What’s the Outlook for 2027?” from 2:50–3:40 p.m. on Thursday, September 17. Colton Hager, Director of Advisory Services at RTG, will also be attending the conference. The discussion will examine current leasing and occupancy conditions across the healthcare real estate market and what owners, operators, and healthcare organizations should anticipate heading into 2027.
