Realty Trust Group (RTG) Announces Top Three Ranking in 2019 Revista / HREI Outpatient Healthcare Real Estate Development Report

In 2018, RTG started or completed seven healthcare development projects totaling 366,262 square feet.
RTG’s ranking was propelled by managing seven projects across the Southeast in partnership with two leading healthcare systems and two highly-regarded regional independent physician practices. RTG began three major on-campus developments valued at over $79 Million for Hamilton Health Care System in Dalton, GA, including the Peeples Cancer Institute and Anna Shaw Children’s Institute. In 2018, RTG also managed the development of Northside Hospital’s Midtown MOB, a 168,000 square foot, $49 Million medical office building in Atlanta that includes an ASC, multi-specialty practices, imaging, and radiation oncology services.

Revista’s third annual Outpatient Healthcare Real Estate Development Report measures the square footage of medical office and other outpatient real estate that was either started or completed in 2018. This information was calculated by conducting voluntary surveys from 25 healthcare development firms along with data-driven metrics from another 140 firms.
