Northside Hospital, Realty Trust Group, and Partners Break Ground on Forsyth Medical Office Building

(Forsyth County, GA – August 2025) — Northside Hospital, in partnership with Healthpeak Properties, Inc. (NYSE: DOC), and eight leading physician practice groups, today celebrated the groundbreaking of Forsyth Medical Office Building VI (MOB VI). This new 118,000-square-foot, four-story Class A facility is a direct response to Forsyth County’s rapid growth and reinforces Northside’s standing as the region’s premier healthcare provider.

Anchored by a future 37,000-square-foot Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and a 6,500-square-foot advanced imaging center, MOB VI will also house specialty practices in Primary Care, OB/GYN, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Thoracic Surgery, and Pulmonary Care. With 98 percent of its space already leased at groundbreaking, the project demonstrates robust demand and strong physician commitment.

As part of the Forsyth Campus Master Plan—years in the making—the project includes an 881-space parking deck to support both current operations and future expansion. Construction is underway now, and the facility is on track to open in fall 2026.

Realty Trust Group (RTG) is guiding every phase, from strategic advisory and leasing to project and property management. Last year, RTG led the solicitation and formation of a joint-venture partnership with physician group investors who will both occupy and manage services within the building.
