Realty Trust Group (RTG) is pleased to announce that Courtney McAllister has joined the firm as Director of Operations and Compliance, supporting the Corporate Compliance team and operations growth in Florida and Texas markets. Courtney is based in Sarasota, Florida, and brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare real estate operations and compliance and portfolio management.
Courtney joins RTG from Lincoln Property Company, where she most recently served as Regional Director and Vice President for the Florida portfolio. In this role, she oversaw real estate management teams responsible for approximately 2.7 million square feet of medical office space, including portfolios owned by HCA Healthcare, the largest national for-profit health system. She worked closely with hospital CEOs, COOs, and CFOs to support campus initiatives, leasing strategies, compliance oversight, and operational solutions aligned with each organization’s mission.
Her experience spans property and portfolio management across office, medical, industrial, and retail assets, with a strong focus on healthcare environments. Courtney is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, financial discipline, and ability to manage complex, multi-state operations while building strong relationships with owners, tenants, and internal teams. Courtney’s background includes compliance oversight, lease review, budget preparation, CAM reconciliations, due diligence for acquisitions, and portfolio optimization. She has led and developed teams across large geographic regions and implemented scalable operational strategies to support efficiency and consistency.
Courtney is a LEED Green Associate, holds a Florida active Real Estate license, and is highly proficient in industry platforms including MRI, Yardi, Skyline, Argus, and Microsoft Office. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Florida Atlantic University. Her depth of experience and healthcare-focused operational leadership and compliance oversight further strengthen Realty Trust Group’s ability to support hospitals and health systems with reliable, well-managed real estate environments.
