Cookeville Regional Medical Center Selects Realty Trust Group as Program Manager for Major Campus Expansion

Cookeville, TN – September 2025 – Cookeville Regional Medical Center (CRMC), a 289-bed regional referral center serving the Upper Cumberland region, has engaged Realty Trust Group (RTG), a full-service healthcare real estate advisory and services firm, to provide construction program management services for a series of major capital improvement projects across its campus.

Under this strategic partnership, RTG will oversee the planning and execution of several critical facility upgrades and expansions.  Most notably, RTG will oversee a multi-story expansion to the acute-care hospital facility, which will include a significantly expanded Emergency Department, additional surgical services, new observation beds, and space to support future clinical growth.  Additionally, RTG will manage the endoscopy unit expansion and the renovations of CRMC’s existing fourth floor inpatient unit bringing them to 309-beds by early 2026.
