Scott brings a focus on innovative financial solutions to the Realty Trust Group team. He has more than 12 years of financial management experience, including ten years in the securities and healthcare industries.

Scott has provided financial consulting services to a wide variety of healthcare and non-healthcare clients, with particular strengths in capital funding, joint ventures, debt placement, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions. Scott's clients include Harbin Clinic, BayCare (Morton Plant Mease and St. Joseph’s Baptist), Mountain States Health Alliance, and Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation,

Scott holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Vanderbilt University, with an emphasis on entrepreneurship and operations. He also received his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Kentucky.  He holds real estate licenses in the states of Tennessee and Georgia.
