Michael Honeycutt

Michael brings a thorough knowledge of real estate finance and strong experience in financial analysis to Realty Trust Group.  Prior to joining the firm, Michael was an Associate with the Consumer Finance Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers and also worked with Mortgage Investors Group.  Since joining Realty Trust Group in 2005, Michael has participated in projects involving virtually every aspect of real estate planning, finance, development and management.

Michael’s experience with Realty Trust Group includes Project Management support and administration of Pay Applications for medical office building projects totaling over $40,000,000 and nearly 200,000 square feet of office space.  He is experienced in the development of financial models for the analysis of various real estate projects.  He has also performed multiple real estate market analyses for Knoxville and the surrounding areas.  Michael is gaining experience in real estate leasing / marketing by conducting lease negotiations of behalf of physician groups and hospital systems.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.  While at UT, he demonstrated strong campus involvement and leadership including membership in numerous campus organizations and participation in multiple community service projects.  Michael is also a licensed affiliate broker in the State of Tennessee.
