Joe brings expertise in financial analysis to Realty Trust Group. His knowledge has been applied in every area of real estate planning and management.

Joe's experience includes providing Project Management support and administering Pay Applications totaling over $50,000,000 in real estate projects including medical office buildings and general office buildings.  Joe also has experience in the development of financial analysis and analytics for many types of real estate property.  He has assisted in the creation of a consistent cost tracking project management tool for a large health care system.  He has provided financial analysis on many different projects including a $26,000,000 Private Placement Memorandum and a 600,000 square foot healthcare real estate portfolio. He is the Property Manager for 45,000 square feet of client managed healthcare real estate. 

Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Tennessee. While in college, Joe attended a global leadership conference in Prague, Czech Republic and served as an intern at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies.
