Greg Gheen brings over 20 years of healthcare real estate experience to the helm of Realty Trust Group. He has a particular strength in strategic real estate planning for large healthcare systems and development of healthcare-related facilities.

Greg's experience includes developing master plans for several hospital campuses; consolidation of $52 million worth of healthcare properties; numerous physician syndication partnerships; development of more than $150 million in healthcare facilities; program management for many hospital-based and healthcare related projects; property management as a fee-based manager; a term as corporate vice president of real estate for a large health system; and land use planning for county and municipal governments. His hospital clients include University Health System, BayCare, Cumberland Medical Center, Roane Medical Center, LSU Health Services, Novant Health, Mountain States Health Alliance, Covenant Health (TN) and Gwinnett Health System.   His physician clients include OrthoCarolina, Harbin Clinic, East Tennessee Medical Group, Arnett Clinic, and Tennessee Valley Eye Center.

Greg holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Maryville College. He holds professional designations as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE). He is the principal broker for Realty Trust Group and holds real estate licenses in the states of Tennessee and North Carolina. He serves on the boards of directors for Knox County Industrial Development and Knox County Health and Education Board.
