Chad brings concentrated experience in project management and leasing/marketing services to Realty Trust Group. Prior to joining the firm he worked for several major employers, including Carolinas Healthcare System, Baptist Health System of Alabama, SunTrust Bank, and Pershing Yoakley & Associates.

Chad has broad experience in both commercial and healthcare real estate, including construction management, leasing and marketing services, corporate portfolio management, strategic planning, and financial modeling. His clients include Mountain States Health Alliance, Johnston Memorial Hospital, OrthoCarolina, Laughlin Memorial Hospital, Covenant Health, State of Franklin Healthcare Associates, Premier Surgical Associates and Gastrointestinal Associates.

Chad holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, past president of CCIM East TN and holds real estate licenses in the states of Tennessee and Georgia.
