Johnston Memorial Hospital (JMH) secured a certificate of public need in 2004 for a new linear accelerator to grow its comprehensive cancer services. JMH sought to implement strategic initiative to secure a new greenfield site for the Cancer Center and other future healthcare facilities. They selected Realty Trust Group as their partner in site selection & project development.

Working in partnership with the hospital board and its executive team, RTG guided the hospital in identifying and negotiating a new 40-acre site and developed a comprehensive feasibility analysis for development, construction and financing of the project.
