RTG structured a private ownership entity that was exclusively owned by eligible physician members of the Harbin Clinic. We assisted in the creation of a private placement memorandum, established the financial budgets and pro formas, and recommended a long term financing solution. RTG continues to provide executive support and advisory support services to the new entity and has also provided development services for several medical office buildings and a regional cancer center.
MSHA / Johnston Memorial Hospital
RTG advised on the selection of a 40-acre greenfield site and served as developer / owner for a 55,000 SF comprehensive cancer center. We completed a comprehensive feasibility analysis for development, financing and construction of the project. Additionally, RTG served as the developer/owner for a 110,000 SF on-campus MOB built in conjunction with a new 116-bed replacement hospital. The MOB houses a mix of physician practices and hospital departments.
RTG serves as the real estate partner for Northside Hospital Health System on many different engagements and projects including property management for over 2.2 million square feet of medical office space. We provide advisory services for feasibility studies, project reviews and assessments, transaction analysis, competitive market analyses, and physician network expansion. Our development responsibilities include the planning and construction for two medical office buildings, and the acquisition of multiple land parcels.
